Negative Aspects:
No considerable disadvantages. The background music (can be switched off)
does not go well with the quite realistic atmosphere.
Software:
The gaming software was developed exclusively for the operator Universal
Gaming Concepts Inc. and has been in use since 1999. The previously tested
play courses with real stakes were within the mathematically calculable random
limits. Additionally, they have been analyzed the in Internet published roulette
permanencies of multiplayer table N° 1. Result: no significant differences
to the random.
Stability: From the beginning in 1999, there have been no technical
failures in the Global Player Casino. The interruption test (disconnection
during the game) had no effect on the game. Win or loss corresponded to the
following permanence. Immediate re-start possible. No "time-out"-delays.

Practical Test
Theoretically is it possible, to play at 15 roulette tables at the same time.
The advantage is the possibility to choose 2 or 3 useful tables with an adequate
permanence forerun. Most of the players are at table N° 1. Global-Player
Casino publishes in the Internet all roulette numbers which have appeared
at this table up to now. There are authentic permanencies, because the table
is always occupied with players and can always be watched from outside, without
any registration, by using the "Guest-Mode".
authentische
Permanenz.
Additionally, there are the tables N° 31 and 32 (Quick-Tables), as well
as table N° 29(min. $ 0,20 per bet) always occupied with teammates.
This lets the players feel more secure, if they want to stake $ 20 or $ 30
against the higher staked red chance. I would not play at the single player
tables, whether there is a permanence forerun or whether there are human
opponents. The possibility to determine the speed of the game by oneself,
entices one into rash gambling.
The analysis of the permanence 2001 of the multiplayer table N° 1 refutes
the widespread prejudice, that all online casinos cheat with the random numbers
to the disadvantage of the players. There is additional informantion further
in this test report.

Test results: 100,000 numbers
of the permanence 2001 analyzed
100,000 permanence coups of Global Player Casinos and the Hamburg Spielbank
(always table N° 1) have been compared. In both cases, authentic
permanencies (continued permanencies in the presence of players and game
observers) which are archived in the Internet were used. For a better comparison
of the frequencies of the chances and difference of random normal distribution,
only the first 100,000 coups of 2001 have been tested.
How often in succession a number does not appear, was tested with the single
plein numbers. The extremes failure has been found in the permanence of Hamburg.
Number 35 did not appeared for 522 times in succession. It did not appear
for the last 68 coups , since February 5, 2001. On the 6th of February, the
failure of appearance continued for 285 coups. On February 7, number 35 appeared
for the first time after coup 170. Such a continuing failure of the appearance
of a number is rare, but randomly possible. The following statistic shows
the longest failure of a number and the segment of every 10,000. Example:
Number 0 (Zero) failed to appear in the first segment of 10,000 coups of
the permanence of Global Player Casinos for, at the most, 230 coups in
succession. In the second segment of 10,000 coups (II), Zero failed to appear
for, at the most, 231 coups. In the third segment (III), it was 211 coups,
followed by 187 and 205 (max.) non hitting coups per segment.
 |
 |
| Failure of appearance at the most: 421 x number
34 |
Failure of appearance at the most: 522 x number
35 |
The statistic above shows, that permanencies generated online, do not have
to shrink to be compared with numerical sequences of traditional casinos.
The following chart compares all failing numbers, listed in the table, with
each other. Non hitting series have been assigned to groups of ten for a
simplified representation. Example: until 130 failures of appearance: 1x,
131 to 140 failures of appearance: 2 x, 211 to 220 failures of appearance:
42 x ( based on GPC) and so on.
There are hardly any differences in the distribution of particularly long
missing hits in the frequency of the results. The postponements in the zone
200 (HH) and 260 (GPC) offset each other more or less. Otherwise, the
distribution of the frequency of the non hitting series is similar.
 |
| horizontal: non hitting series in coups,
vertical: frequency (of each 370 failing numbers) |

Frequency of Plein-Appearances within of x Coups
The statistic above shows, how often every single number accumulates at maximum
within different lasting coup segments. 30 of 37 numbers appeared three times
within three coups, resp. appeared as triplet (composition permanence Hamburg
2001: 31 different plein-triplets). The other appeared at least for 3 times
within four coups. Number 8 appeared even as a quadruplet, resp. 4 times
within four coups and appeared within 20 coups for an unusual 8 times. Number
26 appeared within 94 coups 14 times and number 10 appeared within 133 coups
16 times. The appearance of the number was 459 coups too early - based on
the average value coup 592 (37 x 16).
In comparison to the Hamburg permanence, there are some resulting lower extreme
variations. Concerning the appearance of a number 10 times, the hit frequency
is about 46 and 951 coups (number 33 appeared only 10 times within 951 coups).
The Hamburg permanence reaches a spectrum of 44 coups (10 times number 34)
to 1039 coups (number 35 only 10 appearances). The minimum and maximum
frequencies can be seen in the table above and in the composition table.

All test games were played with real bets at multiplayer tables (apart from
the Blackjack tournament). Often three tables were booked at the same time
and sometimes it was staked at two tables at the same time. Different game
speeds were used at virtual multiplayer tables. 3 minute rhythm at tables
N° 1, 7 and 11 (each French Roulette). 45 second pulse at Quick French
Roulette tables N° 31, 32 and 39. The permanence continues each 2 minutes
at the Single Zero Table N° 29.
The represented plus/minus - course apply to simple chances in Roulette.
Some short games lasted only 2 - 5 minutes. The contradicting extreme was
a battle lasting 3.5 hours on June 15. Experience shows, that this kind of
battle ends disastrous and there is nearly never a chance to turn it into
a plus. This is the bank's advantage. It only has to wait until the player
enters nerve-racked into the match. The better tactic seems to be a quick
attack. Also profits, even if they are small, are better through playing
many games, rather than a battle with the casino which lasts for several
hours.

Permanence analysis: distribution of the frequency of plein numbers
 |
 |
Roulette numbers,
coup 1 to 370 |
Roulette numbers,
coup 9621 to 9900 |
Altogether, 9,900 tested coups (270 segments with each 37 coups).
Within the first 10 tested rotations (10 x 37 = 370 coups) the following
deviations appeared from the average value 10: two numbers appear just as
often as the average value (plein numbers 9 and 17 exactly 10 times within
370 coups), 23 further numbers rest near the average value in the sector
Sigma 1 (simple deviation from the average value), 11 numbers spread in the
sector Sigma 2 and one plein number reaches the sector Sigma 3.
27 numbers stayed in sector Sigma 1 in the second example (coup 6,291 to
6,660), 11 numbers stayed in sector Sigma 2 and 1 number in the sector of
triple deviation from the average value. Plein number 36 exceeded sector
Sigma 3 slightly, because it appeared 20 times within 370 coups. With a more
detailed
analysis, it is easily to compare whether this number differed also in
the other 370 coup sectors more from the average value as other numbers or
whether there have only been random variations.
|
|
Altogether have been 120,340 rotations (37 coup sectors) within the complete
permanence of the year 2001 tested, each shifted by one number. Average
distribution of numbers:23.58 plein numbers per each sector of 37 permanencies.
This is nearly the actuarial expectation of 23.56 different numbers within
37 coups. The Gauss curve explains the correct random distribution. The limiting
values vary from 15 to 32 different numbers per rotation and appear only
occasionally.

Marketing: The casino directs attention to the bonus with advertising
banners such as:
|
|
|
Bonus
100% bonus for the deposit amount of $30. Even higher bonus offers
regularly made for "High Roller" or "V.I.P." players.
Additional bonus offers will be published in the newsletters. For example,
there has been a $15 free offer for active players and for players who have
been active in former times. A deposit was not necessary.
Turnover refund: As soon as a monthly score of 2,000 points or more
is reached, the accumulated "comp points" will automatically be credited
to the player's account as a bonus. For 2,400 points you will get $24 and
so on. Characteristics of the Global Player Casino: There are even loyalty
points for players, who make no turnover. On the first day of the month,
you get 100 points for your log-in (new registered player get 300 points)
and for every following day you will get 50 points. So you can reach 1600
to 1800 points per month without having risked one single dollar! So, to
get a refund of $20, the effective turnover of the game has to reach only
$2,000 to $4,000 (according to fictive reachable comp points and variety).
A new registered player is paid after one month, 1% of all turnovers of the
game (doesn't matter whether won or lost) as an additional bonus, if he logs-in
once per day and makes a turnover of the game of $2,000 per month. All other
online casinos, which also allocate loyalty points, reimburse only 0.5 and
3% (per thousand) of the turnover. As a rule, these are from five to ten
times less than in the Global Player Casino.
The combination of bonus and turnover refund can, depending on the turnover
of the game, lead to a reversal of the bank's advantage.
Example: Player (Roulette, simple chances) reaches a turnover of $2,000 staking
during the month 2,000 x $1 or 400 x $5 each on black, red, impair etc. Without
any bonus or other refunding, the gambler has a calculative disadvantage
of 1.35%. The average result expected by the player is at -$27. But if you
add $20 turnover refund plus $30 bonus, you get a theoretical expectation
of +1.15%. So, the chances are very great , to reach relative secure winnings,
if you make appropriate cautious games (small stakes). In the following months
it will become more difficult, because the turnover threshold to reach 2,000
minimum points is higher. The calculative expectation of -0.85% is more fair
than the expected -1.35% in French Roulette. This positive difference is
noticed by the players and leads to a longer stay in comparison to other
online casinos.
Bonus for tournament winners: Everyone who participates in the
monthly Blackjack tournament (starting with a stake of $50) gets a bonus
when he reaches just the first three preliminary round places. From the beginning
of the semifinal round, you don't play anymore with real stakes, but with
$100 entry fee bonus of the Global Player Casino. It doesn't matter what
result the 5 semi finalists reached without their own risk during the 30
rounds, this amount will be added to their account. The best semi finalist
competes against the Game Master. Also in the final round there is no risk
to loose for the tournament participants, because the seed capital will be
made available by the casino. If the finalist beats the GameMaster within
30 rounds, he will get a $4000 cash price during the tournament in
August.
