a certain number of credit points, he may play the role of the dealer. He
himself will be the bank and has in this phase of the game a mathematical
advantage. Because of the provision of 1.5%, withheld by the casino (from
the turnover against the player in the role of the dealer), the arithmatic
speculation of the dealer-player is at +1,2% in Roulette. With each dollar
turnover, the dealer's credit point balance minimizes so, that the necessary
minimum value of credit points will be undercut sometimes and he has to play

No recommendation for online players who want to risk more, but worth mentioning
nevertheless are both state certified online casinos, Lasseters (Australia)
and win2day.at (Austria). Software is from Access Gaming Systems.
This kind of license is only given to gambling operators who are controlled
by government authorization. This gives rise to the idea that licensed casinos
are very secure and fair. Anyhow, a lot of players prefer other online casinos,
because the streaks of bad luck seem to be longer than the lucky streaks.
This comes from a lot of player feedback and from my own test results. A
mathematical proof for not coincidental random numbers is not available.
Worth mentioning is the Australian Lasseters Casino because of its

win2day.at (former Webclub) is worth mentioning, because it is one
of the first state certified online casinos in Europe. German players are
